While
she started dancing at the age of seven, Amy first became a student of
Eastern Districts Academy of Dance at the age of nine. She commenced
studying for examinations in Jazz, Tap, Classical Ballet and Theatrical,
including successfully completing her Dorothy Gladstone Award in Tap.
She has also been a participant in a number of State Dance Competitions
in the above dance styles.
On several occasions she has successfully auditioned and
performed in the Opening of the Annual C.S.T.D. Dance Convention, as
well as travelling to Melbourne to participate at a national C.S.T.D.
based Dance Camp, where she studied many different styles of dance. Amy
was a founding member of Spin Youth Dance and was a co-choreographer for
the junior dance piece which premiered in the second season.
Amy is completing a Bachelor of
Business (Commercial Law) through Monash and is working full time
in a Business Consultancy Firm.
Amy
is infamous for her sarcastic sense of humour, love of shopping and
spending money! |
